Mike has been with the firm since 1973 and has held positions in the warehouse, electrician’s helper, Estimator, Contract Manager and Executive Vice President prior to his current position. He is a member of BOMA, Electric League of Indiana, Near North Development Corporation, Federated Electrical Contractors, Associated General Contractors, NECA and the Better Business Bureau. Mike has been very active in our community and supports the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, Boy Scouts, Masonic Movement and the Downtown Kiwanis Club.

Brian has been a member of the Barth Team since 1983. He has his BA from Indiana University and his BS from Purdue University and is a Licensed Master Electrician in both Indianapolis and Nashville Tenn. He is also accredited with LEED. He is a member with International Association of Electrical Inspectors, Construction Specification Institute, Illuminating Engineering Society, National Fire Protection Association, Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, American Institute of Architects and National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Deb is currently the CFO for the company, and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience. She has experience in both the Profit and Not for Profit segment of the industry. She received her BA from Ball State University and did her graduate accountant work at Indiana University. She is a licensed instrument rated pilot and certified ground instructor. She holds memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana Certified Public Accountants Society and the American Running Association. She is also a member of the Hamilton County Master Gardeners Association.
